Payment Options

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can provide a good-faith estimate of your coverage; however, coverage cannot be guaranteed due to the complexities of individual insurance contracts.

As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that we do not accept insurance as direct payment. Payment for services is due at the time of your visit, and your insurance provider will reimburse you according to your plan.

For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We also offer CareCredit® financing for qualified patients, which allows treatment costs to be divided into convenient monthly payments.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, repeated missed appointments without proper notice may result in an additional fee.
